The Comfort-Line - barrier-free.
The Comfort-Line lifting platform is well-equipped and therefore ideal for professional
use in workshops.
It has an automatic release of the safety latch and a two-stage
height-adjustable turntable with a swivelling height of only approx. 85 mm. In addition,
the lifting platform has three-part telescopic support arms for a large support
area.
Depending on the type of vehicle you will be lifting, the columns can be
mounted either symmetrical or asymmetrical.
The asymmetrical design allows for
optimal door opening clearance for cars with low door positions, while the symmetrical
design offers more space between the columns for wider vehicles. You can choose between
2872 mm and 3016 mm drive-through width.
The height of the lift can be individually
selected depending on the ceiling or vehicle height, with options between 3867 mm and
4300 mm.
For ease of use, the lift is equipped with an additional control box, so the
TW242CEB4.3-G can be operated from either side. It also has an anti-lift-up button that
allows the lift to be lowered precisely without first having to raise it
automatically.
On the outside of each column, there is a practical holder for plug-in
adapters, which offers space for the secure storage of two plug-in adapters at a time.

This product requires an increased mains voltage for its proper operation and is not equipped with a two-pole mains plug. The installation of non-pluggable equipment must be carried out by the respective network operator or a registered specialist company, which will also assist you in obtaining any necessary approval from the respective network operator for the installation of the equipment.

Customised alignment
The height of the post lift can be individually selected depending on the ceiling or vehicle height. In addition, the post lift allows for barrier-free access.
Control unit 1
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for lifting height limitation and an automatic circuit breaker for safe working.
Control unit 2
Two control units (one per column) ensure a particularly high level of operating comfort.
E-Motor
Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminium pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-quality electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
2-stage turntable
The post lift has a 2-stage height-adjustable turntable with a low swivelling height of just 85 mm.
Arm-locking system
The support arm locking device and the mechanical synchronisation control using steel cables ensure maximum safety.
Supporting arms
Flat, 3-part telescopic and bevelled support arms. Assembly of the support arms can be either symmetrical or asymmetrical, enabling an optimal door opening clearance or more space between the columns.
Door stop protection
The door stop protects your car doors by preventing them from slamming shut unintentionally.
Post protection cover
The post protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from flying sparks during welding and flexing work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
