Wireless 3D Geometry Device – 8 CCD sensors – TW115-G

The TW115-G system has an extensive database containing axle measurement parameters for over 20,000 vehicle types.

It accurately determines and calculates the relevant axle parameters on the vehicle. On the front axle, it measures the individual track and total track, including toe-in, camber, caster angle, track width and closed angles. On the rear axle, the system records the individual track width, total track width and camber. In addition, the wheelbase, wheel offset, track width and axle offset can be determined. You can easily enter your own data into the database as required.

Measurements are taken using state-of-the-art measuring heads fitted with CCD sensors, which feature a built-in LCD screen allowing values to be read quickly directly on the wheel. The sensors are battery-powered, with the charging system already integrated into the unit. High-resolution, 8-beam infrared measurement ensures accurate results, whilst wireless communication via Bluetooth provides a flexible connection to a computer.

The software is available in several languages, including German, English, Spanish, French, Dutch and Turkish.

The measurement system operates wirelessly with eight CCD sensors and offers a measurement range of +/- 18 degrees with an accuracy of +/- 0.01 degrees. It allows you to choose between a quick measurement using two sensors for the front axle or a full axle geometry measurement using four sensors. The sensor heads can be calibrated individually after replacement. Thanks to special measurement modes, even extremely low-slung vehicles fitted with ultra-low chassis or body kits can be measured reliably.

Database and software updates are available as optional extras and are sent by email for your convenience.

Important note: our geometry software is not currently compatible with Windows 11. Therefore, please do not upgrade to Windows 11.
